Building a successful career or business can feel lonely. We often hear that we can "have it all," but the hidden costs are rarely mentioned. Many high-achieving women have the amazing superpower to juggle everything and make it look effortless, but inside, they feel stressed, overwhelmed, not good enough and inadequate. Cue in imposter syndrome.
What if I told you there’s a way to truly have the life you dream of while achieving the balance you seek? One that puts your well-being and balance front and center while you soar in your career! As women living in a world that constantly tells us that to be successful, we need to be 'nice', the rebellion starts with claiming our voices and spaces!

Like you, I also faced challenges in finding balance and connection during my career-building journey. From an outside perspective, I appeared to "have it all"—a graduate degree, a successful business, a home, a car, exciting trips, and picture-perfect moments on social media. Yet, I was incredibly, overwhelmed, stressed, struggling with sleepless nights, and burdened by imposter syndrome. In my effort to meet everyone else's expectations, I lost sight of my own.
Eventually, I hit a wall of burnout, losing my passion for work and feeling isolated from everyone in my life. Although I maintained the facade of success, it began to feel empty and meaningless. My passion seemed to vanish, consumed by the expectations placed on me by others.
During that challenging time, I decided to rebel! I started to use my voice confidently and occupy space unapologetically. I refused to play small for others' comfort and claimed the spaces I desired. I took a stand against the patriarchal limitations imposed on women and embraced my right to success and balance, establishing boundaries and reshaping my beliefs to pursue my dreams.

What is coaching?

As a therapist, I bring a therapeutic flare to coaching where we dive into what's contributing to burnout in your life while creating a plan to eradicate burnout and bring in the balance you seek. One of the main components is focusing on boundaries - how to set them and reinforce them.

Burnout and overwhelm are common among high-achieving women, especially those who are entrepreneurs and in highly demanding careers. Perhaps you're considering a big career shift or want to transform how you show up to facilitate more sustainability and longevity.

It's my mission to support and help women gain longevity and wellness in their career and/or business growth. It's too common to burnout after a couple of years in one organization leading to questioning whether your career is the right choice. We often personalize systemic issues like being overwhelmed and burnout, believing it's a personal failure. But it's not!!
