Group Supervision

As a Clinical Counsellor and Social Worker, Cecilia Mannella brings over 22 years of experience to her work. Her passion is to serve those who serve others through supervision, training and individual therapy. She knows how lonely and isolating a mental health worker can be - whether as a therapist, social worker, support worker or nurse. Her collaborative approach to supervision supports those wanting to improve their practice while caring for the personal side of life.

Why tackle the journey alone when teamwork can transform your experience? While therapy is a fulfilling career, it can also feel isolating. Group supervision offers an opportunity for collective learning while fostering professional relationships. Receiving the right support in your work can significantly enhance both your practice and personal growth.

Group supervision facilitates a collaborative environment where you co-create the supervision and consultation process. Guided by Cecilia through a Narrative Therapy and Feminist perspective, the group engages in a safe, shared learning experience that bolsters your practice, empowering you to embrace your strengths while encouraging personal growth and overcoming feelings of imposter syndrome.
